Our client, an established, growing office space provider, is looking to recruit an organised, detail-oriented Shared Office Space Coordinator to join their team in Brighton and Shoreham (will travel between offices).

Responsibilities as a Shared Office Space Coordinator
The Shared Office Space Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to commercial property management, including communication with tenants and suppliers, customer service, identifying maintenance needs and keeping records.
Experience / Skills
- Attention to detail and well organised
- Good maths and excellent written English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with spreadsheets/book-keeping helpful
- Previous experience or interest in property management helpful
Job Title: Shared Office Space Coordinator
Location: Brighton & Shoreham
Salary: £12 – £18 per hour (depending on experience)
Part Time: 12 – 16 hours per week (days can be flexible)
Temporary role with opportunity for permanent
