Due to the business expanding and them being even busier they require a Sales Administrator.
The role is essentially covering the points below:
- Speaking and liaising with Distributors, Vendors and Customers for the delivery of goods.
- Booking Engineers Travel and Accommodation
- Stock Control and purchasing.
- Obtaining pricing and producing customer quotes.
- Raising customer bills and reconciling monthly accounts.
- Assisting with monthly sales commissions
It would be great if you have completed all these tasks in a previous role however if you haven’t, training is provided for you to get you where you need to be.
We are looking for someone who can multitask, think on their feet and has experience using both Excel and Word efficiently. If you have experience using CRM systems and the ability to use your own initiative and meet deadlines this could be the role for you. Any experience within IT or Telecoms would be very desirable.
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum
