Role: Sales Account Manager
Location: Guildford
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Account Manager to join one of our excellent clients, a fast-growing distributor based in Guildford.
This role focuses on developing existing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and maximising account value within a fast-paced commercial environment.

The Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Comfortable analysing data and identifying sales opportunities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous sales or account management experience beneficial but not essential
The Role
- Build and develop relationships with existing customers
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Analyse buying patterns and customer data
- Proactively contact customers to maximise account growth
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, support and operations teams
- Maintain excellent customer service and account management standards
- Support revenue growth through effective account development
