Role: Diagnostics Product Management Associate
Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid 2 days/week) OR Remote for the right candidate
Salary: £15.38 per hour (PAYE) OR £20.40 per hour (UMB)
12-month contract (likely to extend) – Inside IR35
We’re seeking a dynamic and organised Diagnostics Product Management Associate to support our global client’s marketing team on a 12-month contract, with strong potential to extend.
Working across a diverse portfolio of 500+ diagnostic products, you’ll play a key role in supporting Product Managers, ensuring product availability, coordinating marketing activities, and helping to deliver product lifecycle and marketing projects.

The Role:
- Provide day-to-day product and marketing support to Product Managers
- Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns and events
- Manage product availability and support supply planning
- Track and report on marketing activity
- Assist with new product launches and trade show activities
- Build relationships with sales, technical teams, and customers
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to internal reporting
Candidate Profile:
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Experience in marketing support, project coordination, product support or admin roles
- Excellent communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and flexible approach
- Experience in diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, or pharma (advantageous but not essential)
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or Business (desirable but not required)
