Role: Clinical Operations Lead
Location: Welwyn (Hybrid min 2 days in office per week – occasional visits to site)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £339.27 – £376.97 per day (PAYE) OR £450.00 – £500.00 per day (UMB)
6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Operations Lead to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative and dedicated pharmaceutical company in Welwyn.

The Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in clinical trial management
- In-depth understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Life Sciences or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
The Role:
- Lead clinical trial delivery from planning through execution
- Manage vendors and cross-functional teams
- Oversee site feasibility and selection
- Ensure trials meet ICH/GCP and regulatory standards
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Build strong site and external partner relationships
