Role: Near Patient Care Sales Specialist
Location: Wales, Birmingham & Staffordshire – Field Based
Hours: Full-time
Contract: 12 months, Inside IR35
Start Date: ASAP – Short notice periods preferred
Pay: £250 – £300 per day (PAYE) pay or £331.10 – £397.31 per day (UMB)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Near Patient Care Sales Specialist to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading global healthcare organisation.
This is a field-based sales role covering Wales, Birmingham and Staffordshire, focusing on developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and promoting innovative Point of Care diagnostic solutions across the healthcare sector.

The Requirements:
- Previous healthcare, medical device or diagnostic sales experience
- Strong understanding of the NHS and healthcare sales environment
- Experience developing customer relationships and managing key accounts
- Proven business development and sales negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Confident using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Available immediately or on a short notice period
The Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies across the assigned territory
- Promote Point of Care (Near Patient Care) diagnostic solutions
- Build relationships with NHS stakeholders and healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
- Deliver product presentations and customer meetings
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored customer solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Work towards regional sales targets and business growth
