Role: Property Manager
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, an established and growing business based in Brighton.
This is a varied opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to manage a portfolio of residential properties. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal colleagues, ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.

The Requirements
- Previous experience within property management, lettings or residential property is desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills and confidence using property or customer-management systems
- Professional and proactive approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively
- Understanding of residential lettings legislation would be advantageous
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Support landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy process
- Arrange property viewings and related appointments
- Prepare tenancy documentation and coordinate inventories and check-outs
- Manage tenant referencing and associated administration
- Assist with the marketing of available properties
- Ensure tenancy processes comply with current legal requirements
- Carry out property inspections
- Coordinate tenant check-ins and end-of-tenancy processes
- Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding deposits and tenancy matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide guidance on rental values where appropriate
- Arrange property maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate contractors and external suppliers
- Resolve property and tenancy-related issues efficiently
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation and industry requirements
