Role: German Logistics and Freight Coordinator
Location: Remote – UK-based (ideally near Sussex)

The Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German (French language skills desirable)
- Proven background in secure logistics and high-value freight forwarding
- Expertise in global shipping legislation, compliance procedures, and risk controls
- Solid understanding of UK and cross-border logistics operations
- Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and advanced problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Residing in the UK (ideally near Sussex) and willing to travel to Switzerland when required
The Role:
- Manage all aspects of secure transport and logistics for high-value shipments internationally
- Oversee compliance with customs laws, import/export policies, and international trade regulations
- Coordinate documentation and customs clearance processes for imports and exports
- Maintain close communication with couriers, storage providers, and private clients to guarantee safe and efficient deliveries
- Keep thorough records of all shipping activities and ensure all procedures remain compliant with current regulations
